Who is Elisabeth?
My name is Elisabeth Adler-Lund and I have been coaching people to success for over 20 years. My twenty plus years of achievement in diverse businesses have given me solid ground to understand the many personal and career challenges facing a busy, determined professional like yourself.
I am a successful career coach for people looking for their dream job and a mentor working with Executives and Managers who seek to become more effective in their current role.

My goal is for you to grow and flourish in life.
My style is direct, dynamic and supportive. I will present you with a powerful combination of practical, creative and intuitive tools, along with strategies and a process to clarify and create a clear plan. I provide a safe environment to explore, grow and create lasting change. I will provide heartfelt support, cheerleading and empathy to guide you or inspire you through roadblocks that pop up along the way. Plus, I like to laugh and have fun because life can be very amusing.
I am a graduate of the CTI Professional Coaching for Work & Life Program and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I have pledged to uphold their code of ethics. And, I am a former member of the Board of Directors for Sacramento Coaches Association.

Trivia:
How the website got its name: It is a combination of my initials and my coaching practice. Everywhere I have worked my initials have been EAL. I do Executive And Life coaching. So, it seemed obvious to make the website EAL Coaching. I am based in Sacramento, California.
